Well, fancy finding this critter in your wood pile!
Always popular and in demand are our wooden bugs and our shiny stag beetle will not disappoint. This wooden sculpture sporting the large branching jaws reminiscent of deer antlers (hence ‘stag’ beetle) and spindly jointed legs would be at home in any garden, play area or woodland setting and they won’t be munching their way through your log store.
Our hand carved wooden stag beetle is painted and finished with an exterior lacquer for extra protection, making it very durable and weather resistant.

This superbly crafted enormous snail is about 3ft (92cm) long and although it is unlikely to scare away your communal garden snails, it cannot fail to bring a smile to your face.
The body and shell is coated with a special light and weather resistant varnish to give even greater durability.

Childrens Playground Activity/Play Sculpture
Balance Beam Caterpillar
This balance beam is a highly original and well thought out interactive play design, which is fun for children to sit on and play around as well as encouraging the development of coordination and balance.
The balance beam gradually winds sideways and there is a gradual incline and decline on the walking surface to provide more interest.
The caterpillar is a whopping 24 ft long and comes to you in 6 ft sections which can easily be fixed to the ground. Design incorporates anti slip surface and height of surface ranges between 10" and 14" excluding height of head.
Made in oak, the beauty of this piece is its naturalness, as you can still see the shape of the original tree in it. Of course, oak is also naturally incredibly durable.
This balance beam caterpillar goes well with our butterfly sculpture, to illustrate the life cycle of a butterfly.
